Please notify us via email with your bank transfer details when paying by Direct Bank Deposit... please use your name or order number as a reference with all payments.
If your bank transfer details are not received within 7 days your order will be cancelled.
Jimmy Yen Seminars - Refund Policy
-All live event tickets are non-refundable, with no exceptions. If for any reason you are unable to attend, you can request a 100% credit at our online store or you may use the credit for a future live event
-Processing Fees on ticket purchases are non-refundable and are not eligible for store credit.

- The SustainHealth Academy reserves the right to cancel a seminar due to insufficient participants... in this situation a full refund will be issued.
